I have seen so many folks doing the same thing over and over again. It makes me wonder how in the World are you going to attract people if you give them repeat offers? I always said if you are going to shine you have to first be polished. I will just say work on becoming good at whatever it is you do and the rest will fall into place I promise you.

Have you ever heard of Niche Marketing? Do you want to know what I feel about it and why I have picked it as a business model? I feel that job security in today’s job market is not what it used to be. In fact I think 7 out of every 10 people know someone if not themselves who has been effected by today’s falling job market. I feel with those odds now is a good of time as any to start rethinking you’re career path if you haven’t already.

Today I had a little extra time so I wanted to reach out to you guys! I wanted to talk about some of the things I have been up to.

As you all know I have an e commerce store front and I have been spending countless hours working on SEO for it.

I know that their are many people that say “If you build it they will come.” But the real truth is if you have no realistic plan for marketing your website then your a fish dead in the water!

I have been finding out that this project requires just as much time as a real brick and mortar store. I can tell you first hand that you should never buy into all the false promises that you can be rich overnight because the real truth is you have to work for it!

The second thing I have been doing is working on my niche  websites. I know I have not mentioned them before but I am more of a get it done guy than a talker. I have been working real hard with the sites and have also been conducting countless hours of work on developing organic FREE traffic for them.

You may ask why and I will tell you quickly so you will understand my reasons for doing this over the overrated PPC Monster!

If it is one thing I know for sure is you have the best offer in the WORLD! But if you pay 80% of you’re profit in ads then your ROI will only be 20%.

But remember this equation is based on the fact if you have a return at all from your PPC campaigns! THAT’S RIGHT YOU CAN LOSE BIG BUCKS WITH PPC AND FASTER THAN YOU CAN SAY “IM BROKE!!”  LOL

But using old fashioned methods like article marketing, back-linking, blogging and creating the necessary online buzz with real offers people actually need will always net you 100% ROI so you will enjoy your PROFIT!!

CAN YOU SMELL WHAT I’M COOKING HERE FOLKS?

I guess what I am saying here is that I might not be the smartest tool in the toolbox when it comes to some things but I am smart enough to know in business you need to stay on top.

I am feeling that with FREE organic traffic with targeted keywords will bring in hot leads for FREE! So right now I am at the split testing stages and have already landed 1st page on Google for main keyword tittles for a site that has been live only 2 weeks!

I see a real future in this business and can see early retirement in my near future based on my current business model and practices. I will keep you guys up to date with my progress later until then meet you in the comments area! Later

The Riches Are In The Niches

There are many ways to make money online and most of them really do work. But what if I told you that there is even a easier way to leverage your skill set into revenue doing something you already enjoy?

I know that many of you guys who never sold anything online might find this possibility hard to believe.  The sad thing is that most people are programmed into thinking that the only way to make money online is through auction sites like eBay.

Now don’t get me wrong it is true that auction sites do work for generating income but to master your passion you need to first figure out what you want to market online. If you have hit a brick wall and need a better solution to finding out what to sell then let me help.

I think the easiest way to make money online is to create a niche website. Let’s talk about  some things that might help you decide if this is the kind of business model that works for you.

What Is A Niche website?
A niche website is a kind of like a (themed based website) that is mostly focused on one product, market segment or just one thing. For example if you are into basketball then that would be your niche topic your business is based around.

That would be your general focus around your websites content that you could write a variety of topics and categories around and then monetize your website for profit. Yes it is really that simple and this kind of a business model is extremely effective at growing your business to the point of a six figure income when done correctly.

Where Should I Start?
I always suggest that people stick to something that they are knowledgeable with and leverage that into a website. I think the most success in this or any business for that matter comes from a passion. You have to do something that you can stick with in order to really enjoy what you do.

I think of it kind of like eating at a fancy restaurant and order the worst thing on the menu. You might eat the meal instead of sending it back but what since is it committing to something you don’t or simply can’t enjoy? I also feel that there is absolutely no time like the present for starting your business.  Now best of all if you already figured out your niche, then you should start your business today!

Micro Niches Are Also Effective
Micro niches are niches within a niche. I know that might sound like a tongue twister if you say that five times fast but that is exactly what it is. I know that I for one love this approach and you can trust your buddy Derek Bingham that I use this kind of niche myself.

It is kind of like if you crochet then you might decide to write only about crocheting sweaters. Trust me that there are many people out there that would love to find out how to make a sweater.

The keyword crochet sweater pulled up 1,270,000 results alone this month on Google. I hope you are you starting to see the potential here? If you are not getting it folks then I suggest you better!

This unique but popular way of marketing online is just one of the ways I myself make money online. But I promise you that it is not something to sleep on and you should take a deep look into finding your own niche. Remember that the money starts in the niche that eventually ends up becoming the list. We will discuss list building in future post but for now try finding your niche for yourself and we will talk again later.
