Sorry about the delay but yesterday I had a few technical problems that I was experiencing on IE Browser. The good news is everything is fixed tested and approved and ready to be abused with my crazy content. lol

I just wanted to take the time to thank you and your staff for making me a winner!
To just think about it, I was sitting at home an average guy picked at for never winning anything.
I am telling you guys all the other Super Affiliate Blogger’s laughed at me and picked on me about my empty contest pockets!
I was ashamed and felt like a loser and was so mad I could scream! But today little did I know there was going to be a change in my underdeveloped never winning a thing status.
I looked up in the sky and something appeared out of nowhere. I heard someone yell out from the crowd! “IT’S A BIRD, NO IT’S A PLANE!” Then I looked a little closer and that is when it all came into reality folks.
I am telling you I could not believe what I was seeing as I rubbed my eyes in disbelief. I am amazed to say it was nor “Bird or Plane.”
It was a flying COW?
Yes folks it was a flying COW saving me from a life of being picked on and torment.
The cow told me “his name is JOHN COW and today Derek Bingham you are a winner in the Twitter Mania Contest!”
He then advised me that I am going to receive a “PPCKAHUNA 3RD Place award to assist me in the Battle of Affiliate Marketing.”
I wiped the tears from my eyes as the crowds applaud and cheered and gave me babies to kiss. Today was the greatest day in Derek Bingham Dot Com History!
Before the Cow left he squeezed me a cold glass of vitamin D and told me to remember this.
“WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY SON!.”
Then before I knew it the freaking cow burst into the sky and was gone!

It was said that haste makes waste and the early bird gets the worm. But I think the smart business man makes the sales and sales = income.

One of the things that I have found with my research is that planning is extremely important.

I don’t won’t any filler content on this blog at all. I might joke around but when it comes to delivering content it is extremely important to me to deliver quality content.

Part of my research involves reading blogs from top Affiliate marketers then I read the little guys like myself content and compare notes.

I look at everything that successful Affiliates do from the content they write to the color of the text they use. For example most amateur marketers use multiple colors in there text. This almost always shouts hey I don’t know what I am doing please run the other way!

Have you ever noticed that the professionals have a standard of black text on white background? If ever they change a background it would mostly be tan but white is the standard and there is a reason why.

It is just much easier to read and most people will not have any issues when reading your post and updates. I have a word for the multi colored text people who decorate their websites with. “RAINBOW TEXT!”

So if I see any of you guys using “RAINBOW TEXT” don’t get mad when I call the text police on you! LOL

Picking The Right Ads

The one thing that I don’t want to do is place ads on my website that don’t convert. There is only one real way to tell which ads work and which ones don’t and that is through testing.

I have to keep record of all my ad campaigns so I know what I have to change. You also want to make sure that ads you use are related to your content.

For example you don’t want to place ads and banners about cookware if you are talking about cars. Remember that if the reader of your blog is interested in your topic they are less likely to click on ads that are not related to your killer stories.

Last but not least is I will also practice on my patience. I know Rome was not built in a day so this process to become a Super Affiliate will be a tuff cookie to crack but I can do it and so can you! It just takes time, good planning and a real love for doing what you do.

Wrapping It Up

1. So in a nutshell the time that I am using is critical for my success. I will not publish garbage just so I can say I have something on my website.
2. I will place ads that are content related only on my articles
3. I will not use “RAINBOW TEXT”
4. I will only publish quality content not just post content to fill up gaps between posts.
5. Believe in myself and exercise patience.

If I was asked why I chose to pick a career like blogging over working for someone else the answer would be easy. BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY!

I think that the human mind is such an amazing and beautiful thing that God has created but why don’t we use it more? It was said that we only use 10% of our brain and at times I wonder if some people even use that much.

I was sitting back listening to an old Earl Nightingale audio of the Strangest Secret. This man has provided an easy to understand explanation of how to transform your thinking into success and power!

We all are born with the power to be anything we want to be but the only thing that divides us from the rich is that we don’t know our potential. Now let’s look at being a successful Affiliate Marketer for an example.

I look at marketing as a good career and could say I just want to be an internet marketer and desire to make 5 figures a year. But the fact of understanding what power is waiting to be unlocked in my brain gives me the ability to say I will make 6 figures one day a month.

That is understanding that we as humans have no limitations to what we can do when we put our minds to it.

I think that sometimes we can over think what we really want to do and cancel our subscription to becoming whatever we want.

It really don’t matter what you want to do in life as long as it makes you happy so why settle for less? Think outside the box and use positive energy to channel your chi and make your dreams a reality.

You and only you have the power to change your life so I for one am not settling for less. I know I am going places and know I have the power to unlock Derek Bingham Dot Com’s potential into becoming one of today’s top SUPER AFFILATE MARKETING GIANTS!That is the secret folks and that alone will make or break you.

Think about this for one minute and follow me as I prove this theory to bounds and leaps beyond your wildest skepticism! I am DEAD BROKE WORKING A 9 TO 5 RIGHT NOW. But now that I know my potential I am working at my goal and will reach it because I know I can.

I refuse to take no for an answer and understand how the universe is designed. So today the seeds I plant will grow into wealth and happiness as I water and nourish my brain with healthy thoughts and knowledge and using the greatest gift God has blessed us all with.

OK this is my first official post for this new journey I am taking into the arena of Affiliate Marketing. I have kicked the tires and filled up the tank and now IM ready to hit the gas. My whole approach to this adventure is to prepare my mindset and learn. I feel that when you take on anything new in life in order to be successful you need to have your tools in place. It is not really any different than when you go to school you know you need a notebook, pen, backpack to carry these items etc..
Marketing is not really all that different in this case. Setting up a good website is of course key to having a presence online but once you achieve that goal what is your next step? They say if you build it they will come right? BULL S*IT!!!!

You have to have a plan and a goal and also a good sales team backing you would not hurt in this case also. You need to know SEO and how to use it properly in order to take advantage of proper keyword use for true organic Google dominance! Don’t forget social media skills and networking will also play a major role in connecting with your fans. As you already are aware at this point I am not a genius or guru or anything I am a student learning my craft to become what I am seeking to be. But the difference between me and many other people is that I have no competition to compete with. I am the product that I am selling here and branding myself is what is major and also critical at this level of the game. It is like playing a new video game you just got. First you start from the beginning at the first level but before you can advance and gain your new weapon or power you have to work your way up and then pass the test of kicking the boss’s tail.

This marketing business is no different from that in a way you still have to pay dues before advancing to the next level. So I am now working on the lower level and pressed play so that I can start my new mission. This is my first day on the job and I am ready to get cracking! So it is time to get to work.
