generated some traffic organically without PPC of course to make a decision if I should experiment further with adsense sites. This was a very interesting and positive experience to contribute to my list of money making networks.
I am very much into the passive revenue thing and setting up information websites. But like most marketers who are authorities in niche marketing would agree, you have to test before you invest. So for the first month of testing with
Google Adsense I do see great potential.
I have scored a easy $108.41 payday from just letting the site go and seeing how well the conversion rates would be. It was just amazing that with a little effort and some SEO through organic measures would make me money.
I know to any newbies it might not seem like a lot of money and your right!! Heck it might not even seem like positive adsense examples for making real cash online but it was not about the money this time. That’s right it was about testing the market to see the untapped potential in my chosen Niche Market campaign. I will conduct 2 more experiments now to further my testing.
I don’t want to let out all the secrets of which niche I am using but it has potential to be setup on autopilot and bring in some cash. My primary objective this year of 2010 is to setup as many money makers that I possibly can. So the cool news is I now have Google Adsense added to my Derek Bingham money makers list. COOL BEANS!!
OK I have the update from my first auction of the year! If you remember my last post Ebay Power Seller Journey – First Item Locked & Loaded I listed an item for 99 cents. I wanted to see what the item would sell for and evaluate the final bids to determine should I do more testing in auctions.
It was a very fun ride indeed and the results was noting more than astonishing to say the least. From start to finish I was sitting at the gate waiting for the race to begin then suddenly hearing the virtual whistle blow and it was over just that fast! The race was strong from the start with this USA dude dropping a $20.00 spot putting him in the lead.
But that’s where it got a little heated when this other mopart dude was not having it and decided to cancel USA with a 99 cent increase turning up the heat! That’s when all hell broke lose and it turned into a bidding war on ebay with about 40 watchers and bidders making it RAIN on my auction.
The final ball dropped out the sky when the J-Sky dude finished them with a sweat snipe that landed him a beautiful win at $76.00!
Now I want to point out that this item sells brand new for $130.00 and I sold it used for $76.00. That means he just saved himself $54.00 and I almost got what I originally paid for it. The cool thing is that everyone wins in this situation and that makes it cool in my opinion. I listed the results minus the buyers names because I wanted to protect there privitcy but I guess you can see it on my ebay page.
This is a fun little hobby for me to engage in even though my primary focus is on digital products. I use eBay the same way kids play video games as a method of PURE FUN!! But I am still going for the Power Seller Status again as part of this game. The question is how long will it take? Stay tuned to find out!!
